HIPS TRAINING
Hips training will resume as soon as the present uncertainty about the legislation has been resolved.
We will be offering the following courses:
Winning Instructions with a Hip:
The introduction of Hips will transform the valuers’ presentation. There will almost certainly be a shortage of valuations in the second half of 2007 and vendors are likely to see more estate agents before they decide which one to instruct. The quality of the valuers’ selling presentation will therefore be crucial to the success of your business. We would therefore urge you to send all your valuers on this course as soon as possible.
For:
Valuers of all levels of experience (0-30 years)
You will learn:
-
How Hips will affect the housing market
-
How to obtain more valuations in a post Hip environment
-
How to prepare for the valuation appointment
-
How to structure the valuation appointment

Selling Property with a Hip:
The introduction of Hips will fundamentally alter the process for selling a property. Under the new regime there will be a delay of 2-3 weeks between winning the instruction and commencing the marketing campaign. This will have far reaching effects on estate agency working practices. This course will help to ensure that your staff are prepared for the new regime.

When should we attend these Courses?
We would urge you to attend these courses as soon as possible. The introduction of Hips will require your staff to make massive changes in their working practices and it takes people time to adapt to changes on this scale.
We are anticipating unprecedented demand for these courses and places will be sold strictly on a first come, first served basis. We have a limited number of places available and once the courses are sold out we may not be able to run any further ones. We would urge you therefore to book your places as soon as possible. |
