INTRODUCTION TO ESTATE AGENCY
This course will give staff the skills, knowledge and confidence that they need to become more successful estate agents. We will look at all the different types of enquiry that staff have to deal with during a typical week and show them how to achieve more viewings, more valuations and more financial services referrals from each call.
For: Negotiators with less than twelve months experience and those wishing to update their sales skills.
