We do not ever act for buyers because we consider that doing so would cause serious conflicts of interests. We also do not deal with any businesses outside the property sector because we would not have the necessary expertise. We have been trading under the same ownership since 1992 and during this time we have completed the sale of over 700 businesses with a total value of well over £1 billion.
