We also sell closely related businesses in the property sector such as block management companies, commercial agencies, mortgage brokers and conveyancing businesses. We sell large and medium sized businesses mostly with a capital value of between £1 million and £100 million . We also offer consultancy services to help our clients to improve the value and saleability of their business prior to a sale. We do not ever act for buyers because we consider that doing so would cause serious conflicts of interests. We also do not deal with any businesses outside the property sector because we would not have the necessary expertise. We have been trading under the same ownership since 1992 and during this time we have completed the sale of over 700 businesses with a total value of well over £1 billion. We have unrivalled expertise experience in our specialist market sector.
